Sunday Crew, at it again.

This time at an absolute gem in the heart of Hackney. Palm Vaults. We’ve been eyeing up this place for a while and finally paid it a visit in the New Year. Post- birthday celebrations into the wee hours on Saturday night and morning ballet on Sunday – a mild attempt at learning how to be graceful. 2017 goals are quite extensive this year.

With potted plants hanging from the ceiling and baby pink accents, everything this place is the epitome of trendy and a jackpot for Instagramers. Those blogger girls there in full force with their cameras out, pretty much doing yoga poses to get the perfect shot. Who knew there would be live entertainment as well.

On the menu are loads of lattes – each one a pastel colour to match the flavour. Tried the Rose Latte, Nicole has the Ginger and Turmeric Latte. Divine, but definitely go for Rose if you have a sweet tooth like me.

Being the beast that I am and ignoring the fact that I will be in a bikini in eight weeks, I had the avocado on toast followed by a massive slide of rainbow cake. As you do.

Next weekend, head over to the vaults. 👉🌴

5:00AM wake up call. Pitch black outside, yoga pants on and ready to be shown up by everyone in the place.

This yoga class wasn’t in a studio. It was in a garden IN the Sky. Not going to lie, pretty epic for your average yoga sesh.

We tree-posed and downward dogged our into making ourselves morning people. Feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for the day.

Of course, when at the Sky Garden, one has to replenish all those burned calories with Eggs Royal at the Darwin Brasserie.

All this, before 9:00AM. Killing it.

The Culpeper. A delicious Saturday Brunch spot and a delight for your Insta feed. We’re talking serious likes here.

Tucked away in Aldgate East, The Culpepper is a charming spot. A lovely brunch and grill turned pub after 8PM.

There’s a gorgeous rooftop where they grill fresh fish, meat and their home grown vegetables. It’s complete with cosy benches and blankets for when it gets a little chilly. The ideal spot to spend the last few summer evenings left before summer comes to a close.

Caitlin and I went there for her farewell London brunch. After the best year living together she is off back to uni. Had to cheers to all the memories with their signature Culpeper, bellini-esque cocktail. And, finish off with Eton Mess at 11AM of course. No shame, there’s always room when you have a sweet tooth.
